Ok who is going on the Friday? I can only make it that knew day as the wife has booked me on a NOE helicopter experience on the Saturday. There is something going on which will make you giggle and STEAMBOAT PHIL should be relieved. I will need access to a charity box if one is available British Legion or help for heroes lifeboats at a push. No one has done this before!

Blimey Stavros ..... it must be the mountain air or the water in Wales. Or were you just celebrating the arrival of Spring. You're not by any chance going to name the new addition, 'Coalville'. The timing must be close !!!
Shame if you don't make it to the International, but don't worry we'll have a few breakfasts on your behalf and send you the bill!

Ahoy Skippers and Show Visitors,
Just a few days to go and we'll soon be enjoying 3 days at the Warwick Exhibition Centre. I look forward to seeing you all and saying hello at pool side. I look forward to co-ordinating a wide range of activities on the pool which will include my usual 'Speciality Slot'. This year will see some new attractions including Mike Shepherd's rowing models and 3 (possibly 4) large Ferries sailing together. I also hope to have a very large container ship complete with deck mounted mobile crane that lifts the containers. This has been the subject of some long nights in the workshop by a well known prolific modeller and let's hope he gets it finished in time.
If you've not been in touch and have something fantastic, unusual or just plain wacky and want to be part of the fun then come and see me at poolside.
It just remains to pose a few questions:
1. Will any Club rise to the challenge of stopping the MANX gang from taking the top prize for the third year in a row.
2. Will Stavros buy everyone breakfast.
3. Will Martin where a sensible shirt !!!
4. Will Steamboat Phil arrive in disguise to avoid being the target of pranks.
5. Will Inertia sing along to the war time songs.
6. Will Lifeboat Paul wear short trousers so he can stay on the pool during Children's Hour.

The answers are just a few days away.
