Had a good day at the pond today.

John Pollitt and I were the first to tow Elizabeth Waldie.

Here she is with my Ormesby Cross on the bow, sort of in control!

Thank you for the welcome and the reminder of the muck shifting  days ,very good layout . I hope you had better weather ,we went through heavy rain thick fog strong wind ,a static caravan blown off a wagon on the A66total wreck ,and falling son on the top of Glen Shee and vinly sun past Balmoral. Some fine models hope to get down sometime with my build .
Thanks again

Glad you enjoyed it David :-)).

The howling gale did not stop play, but the heavy rain and hail eventually did interrupt it >>:-(!

Having said that, the forecast was for rain from 11.00 and as it did not rain until about 15.00 we actually did quite well.

Big thank you to all who came to the event, we did accommodate the people who just wanted to steer round a course without a tow.
A little breezy but it was same for everyone.
