A quick search on google brought up this one - it's gone now but proves that there are plans out there if you fancy making one from scratch

Whichever Scillonian you decide to build they will make fine models.If its the latest one,hope she doesnt roll on the pond as much as the real one! would be a good idea to have a couple of passengers with their heads over the side bringing up their breakfasts Lol
