Paper backed Lead Foil

Need some paper backed lead foil to make  dodgers or my S-boot anyone  know where one can get it  .Plenty of adhesive backed but not paper

buy adhesive backed and stick it to a sheet of paper?

 :}   I think one peels the paper off it gets wet .
