its been a while since i updated this build i have been trying to sort the skirt out and get it hovering better.I am having much more Success with this now i still need to Finnish the Skirt off but so far its looking much better the first pic shows the before shot others are work on the skirt on progress and hovering

Hi Tim, did you display that lovely model at the Shepton mallet show in May? I saw a stand with several nice pieces in progress that weekend.
She looks brilliant, quite refined in the natural wood as well.

Yep she was at Shepton mallet.
A few people have said it look good in wood but it will be painted grey soon

i have been painting the model recently this has taken along time and too much masking tape
but its now done the paint needs a lacquer yet but i will do that at the end once all the detail is on

with the paint now done i have put the skirt back on and done some final tweaks next is balast testing as the model lurches forward when power is applied due to the high thrust point

Looking good, personally i like them painted looks more realistic, it should look really good on the lake
