Name letters
« on: October 30, 2015, 03:01:03 pm »

Looking for either letters or someone who can make the name / location for the front and rear of my Caldercraft Northlight puffer.
Otherwise will have to use Lettraset (if I can find it).

I have some spare 1/8th ply laser-cut in 3/4" and 1/2".   Could be sanded down to look like cut plate lettering.  Cant post pictures tonight for some unknown reason, PM me your email address.

What are you prepared to pay? My plotter will cut accurate lettering down to 4mm height (depending on lettering style) but small lettering is more costly than regular stuff as the weeding process is much more tricky, the vinyl cost difference is pence.

Look at Slaters Plastikard Moulded Alphabets on your inter web browser thingy.   They are usually for making railway station signs and have a thickness to them and are white. Different sizes are available so you can pick your size and being white just leave as is or paint them on the spru etc.
Hope this is of use to you, regards, Dave.
