An does this shed any light?(sorry for the pun) my broadband is so crappy the image is pixelated.
First pic shows what could be nav light which in next picture looks like it's obscured by the blue container

Yes, my interpretation too.
She is an non motive powered pipe laying crane barge, towed around by sea going tugs.
Was adrift in 2013 off Australia, in need of repairs this spring and now in Singapore.
So in the picture she was probably at anchor in a good tideway.

Under the radar/communication domes you can just make
out the "red/white/red" limited maneuverability marking lamps.
And is that the anchor light at the top center?

In the last set of pictures, the second one you can see under one of the golf balls a back diamond, so that pictures is the bow ?, also you can see part of a towing bridle.

tell me john ,when were you last sailing on deck .2 p abaft the beam ,,,etc I have ,as instructed at the time I took my 2nd class ,knowedge of navigation ,,spelling wasent needed..
