Garreth,  I'm in a lot of truck clubs so I'll research it for you.

Speaking from memory, most of the clubs are dotted all around the country.   They tend to go for Sunday meetings in village halls and are well populated with enthusiastic members.

Cheers

I've checked through my list and found the nearest one to you is Stoke on Trent.  It does however, sound a long way from you.

They are scattered from Torquay to Bristol and up to the north of England. There is one over in Oxfordshire but all of them are miles away.

Hope this helps

I found the Leyland truck meets were the best, good layouts/roads/buildings etc....

Hi
I am still looking for a club in Essex as I  have 2 waiting to use

You might like to join an internet truck club and make enquiries from like minded members.  Maybe start one up yourself with local people.  It's usual to find a community centre that's free on a Sunday and can rent out the hall to you.  You will find it's a growing community and plenty to talk about.

Here's my club.  Why not join and speak to members.  I'm sure there are folks out there in the same situation as yourself. I, myself go over to the Yate club nr Bristol when I get the chance. They are called the Southwest truckers and are also on the net and Facebook.

Contact the Holyhead Model Boat club  as it was either last year or the year before at the Anglesey Show there were some Lorries on their stand if I am not mistaken and they were giving a demo in a small area...Sorry don't have a contact no for them...BUT they sail every sunday at the Pond in the old quarry in Breakwater park
