Well, fancy seeing the old Trent again!
Do you know what happened to it?

Hi Adrian,
Nice to hear from you, I hope that you are all well? I thought (from memory) you bought her?

Hi.
Yes I did, you were moving house at the time I think.  But....................................terrible accident in the workshop with a shelf full of paint tins demolished the back end so it sat there for ages, maybe a year. Then inspiration struck and I repaired it and it was almost finished when a visiting modeller spotted it and crowbarred it out off me in exchanges for a small but perfectly formed bag of gold.
Nothing further was heard of it until one day I delivered a Severn kit to a chap in Scunthorpe.
He took me down into his cellar to show me his model boat collection. (This was quite scary really because he did look a bit like Fred West).
Guess what was there!
It had been knocked about a bit (lot) and repaired a few times and was looking decidedly worse for wear but that's about eight years ago so maybe now its all spick and span again.
I hope so.
Maybe somebody knows?
Whoever bought it will certainly remember the cellar! :embarrassed:
