 Dear forum members,

As this is my first posting in the Model Boat Mayhem forum (apart from sales) I thought I'd attach some photos of one of my boats; this is the superb Mount Fleet Models Admiralty Coaster (named "John Masefield") sailing in the Forest of Dean. It attracted a lot of interest from passers by the day that I took the photos, especially as it was the only boat on the lake (some wanting to know where they could buy such a realistic model). When I see the coaster sailing some way off (hopefully still within range of the transmitter!) it is easy to imagine a ship at sea and not an irritant to startled ducks!

Polobeer, what a lovely model, many thanks for sharing the pictures with us.  How about a couple of internal shots as well?

I am in the process of making a Mountfleet Ben Ain at the moment, which is very similar to the coaster model, so I know what you have put into this.  I agree, when ballasted to her marks she looks the part and they do handle surprisingly well on the water.

great looking coaster, well worth the hard work you put in. Looks a nice lake, where in the forest is it? Mallards Pike?
