Hi. I am new to the forum but had noticed some older posts asking if there was anywhere around Corby Northamptonshire where model boats could be sailed. I would like say that the Corby Model Boat club is still running although not well promoted. Contact information can be found at http://www.corbymodelboatclub.org/ . We are always looking for new members. There is a very good club at Kettering as well.

Hi Boxer.
We are only permitted to sail Thursday & Sunday. However due to the lack of members we usually meet on a Sunday morning around 9:30 in the cafe. Then sail for a couple of hours. I have been there these last two Sundays. If you need membership information please contact Ian Hickman by email at ian.hickman@ntworld.com . We have a mixture of boats all electric or sail.
