Have you tried ringing them on  01454 777278.  They are over from me in Bristol. I don't know them but I had a look around their site.

I bought some kit off them about 6 month's back and had no problems; quick response to queries, fast delivery and good quality. The photo I posted at  http://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=4608.0  shows a bit of their gear; in this case a RR 40mm and crew. Give them a ring.
