I make motor mounts from aluminum angle material, bought from the hardware store.  One 36" piece makes many motor mounts.

You may just have to "adjust" the holes where the mounting bolts go through in to the motor , [ If at all].

According to the blurb on the C.M.B. site, the motor is just a "high power 700", so the mount they sell (Part No: AM700) should do the job.

Have a look in your kitchen and borrow the aluminum cookie sheet - motor mounts, brackets - cuts easily.

Our cookie sheets are not usually ali, coated pressed steel is the norm, unless you go specific then maybe an ali one can be found.

Think the couple I put aside are older before all the coatings became common.

I bought a very strong mount ( 3mm aluminium ) for the CEM 900T motor I'm fitting in my Boston Typhoon from Cornwall Model Boats. Excellent mount. They also sell one for the 700 motor. Look for AMP mount.
