Looks like Graupner are listening to their customers and are now offering the Nordic as a kit:

The hull is complete already including the bulwarks, can't help but think painting them especially in the area of the stern would be very tricky! Sure is a lot cheaper than the pre-built version.

Their fibre glassing work is truly excellent these days. I have seen both the Rescue Cruiser Eiswette and the Pilot Boat 0.Wulf, and they are almost 'easy kits', albeit highly detailed ones. If I wanted one, I would pay the cash and be happy with the result. Full marks to 'New' Graupner for these

Wow! The kit looks quite good. Get the point about the bulwark looks like a good challenge. That might just become my next project .....once I've caught up and finished the other 3 that are waiting for me!
