whats the difference between a 12 volt lead acid and 12 volt lead acid sealed

One is commonly a wet acid battery the other is a Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) which contains the acid in a jelly form that needs no maintenance and is normally charged at 500 Mah.Nemesis
