A pal of mine has forgotten his password, 3 requests for a replacement and no response.
Any helpful suggestions?

I had a similar problem when I had to change my e-mail address - I use Outlook and something about the message from this site means it gets blocked somewhere in the Outlook systems - it doesn't even go to Junk, it just never arrives.
