Hi STAVROS and all,

I built one of these models some years ago, and had the same problem. Two easy ways to do it. First move the motors forwards thus giving more height.
The method I used was to invert the mounting brackets, and hang them from an over head plate secured to two side pieces. The main advantage with this method, is that when you want to get to the motors, it is simply a question of undoing four bolts or screws from the top of the plate and lifting the whole frame out.

Hope this helps.

PS where should questions and replies be posted with regard to this tutorial on painting.

Hi Stavros,

I never finished building it.

I sold it on before fitting the electrics. Sorry.
