I have used Dow Corning Molykote silicon tap grease in my boats for years include my higher speed ones.

Have a look at motorcycle dealers, it is often sold in various names as chain lube for drive chains. Some even go on as a liquid spray and then through a chemical process unknown to my feeble brain, set to a solid grease once its penetrated into the links.

ATTENTION, the paint does not adhere any more everywhere where there was some fat silicone

I did use a product called Slick 50 waterproof wheel bearing grease, I do not know if it is still on the market,
May be you could use any other type of waterproof bearing grease?

If you do go for the motorbike chain grease I have found that Worth dry works best on my bike  :-))  have been using it for the last eleven years.
