Sorry, I should have mentioned that this is not a painting but a  photograph of the Irish trawler Green Isle fishing for Tuna in the Bay of Biscay taken at dawn

saw this on BBC news a little before you posted.  I have a suspicion most of the pics have been "photoshopped" but the series is really good.  I cant find the BBC link now but the photos in the "coastal life" series or summit, are very good.
