Hi Bryan, 'the boat on the water' was an unconscious remark merely indicating that my preference is for working boats rather than static, (now there's a thought).There is no 'better', I suppose unless a modeller puts his / her model up for others to judge it is up to the modeller what he builds and how it is fitted out. I think the modelling, the technical problems involved and in the main the good company I have enjoyed and currently still enjoy are the real hobby and no doubt these translate across to other interests.regards Roy
