I love this HMS Belfast, but I have never heard of Omni Marine RC gear. Can anyone share a link where you can buy Omni Marine gear from?

Happy new year to you Andy.
I have watched a few of this guy Peter Spoerer’s Guage 1 Steam videos on YouTube, and several of the locos are controlled by Omni Train RC controllers. Then I found his Belfast video which shows the Omni Marine Controller, which is quite unlike your traditional RC handset. But I couldn’t find any info about them online. But I have solved the mystery, the controllers are actually produced by Peter Spoerer himself, which I learned from the second clip you posted! This is the link to his website:
