I would check that your insurance is Valid for this at the moment, as I have heard that some may not. Waiting for confirmation that our groups insurance is valid as a precaution. Better safe than sorry. Sure some don,t bother but !!

Model boating is just a hobby not worth risking your life for I'll be staying at home till where's a jab as most of us are MEN and in the upper age group if we are honest  do you really know where every one in your clubs have been? I'll keep making sailing can come later.

I agree safety before sailing.

I am seeing this as sailing alone and not engaging in any activity where what any others (club members or the great unwashed) have done matters. I guess that it depends on your pond, your health and how safe you feel.

For me it will be fine as I will sail alone on the village pond & nobody else will come near me.  :police:   :police:   <*<   >>:-(

Hi guys one day we will all get back with no problems. We all wish to get back to sailing but it must be done safely social distancing will be here for a long time. Method statements risk assessments will be needed by our council to show how we are going meet and social distance but if the R levels rise back to square one for all.
