Flags
Hi All
I'm just fitted the last few parts to my St Canute tug and not sure what is the best way to cut out and mount the flag which is supplied in the kit ( Billings) .
The flag is some kind of fabric that has been printed on and  not sure if I should paint the flag with a waterproof glue /varnish before cutting out to protect the edges
Any help / ideas welcome pls
Thanks
Tim

Hi Tim,

I use liquid "fray check" on all my flags. After the application of the liquid let it dry and cut the edges of the flag with a sharp "exacto knife".

Quick update
Picked up fray stop glue , painted both sides last night and fitted this morning.
Thanks Wilhelm
