« on: May 25, 2008, 10:25:29 pm »

         ...Hi Guys...

Sorry to hear of the bad weather at Wicksteed Today...I was at our Open Day in Richmond Park in Sunny Glasgow...

The weather was brilliant & there was a good turnout of Modellers & Boats, both on the water & on the display tables...

A surprise visitor turned up as well...All The Way From The Sunny U.S. of A.

Here are some pictures of Todays event...

Picture 1... Wee Johnny,s Springer Tug meets our guest Springer Tug or is that Springer Sub...
Picture 2... Our Guest Springer with a personal message from its builderwritten the hull...

Picture 3...Wee Johnny,s Springer with its new "SMIT BRONCO" lookalike wheelhouse...

   ... Hi Gingyer...

I only had time to take a few pictures of the Springer Tugs & Wee Harry Painting his Face with an Ice Cream ( see picture) ...Too Busy for anything Else...

The only other picture I got was for "RED OKTOBER,S" Log Book...Club President Chas with our visitor...

There is a Good Slide Show on the club Web Site...

I hope we get weather like that for the Tug-Towing Day & also For Your Warship Weekend...
