Just wondered if anyone had any problems with obtaining parts from Modelboatbits, after 3 weeks since prompt payment still can’t get my goods, after numerous emails and promises still no show?

Yes, I ordered some parts just before Christmas, no parts and no reply to email. I hope Steve is OK, he's usually very quick at getting stuff out.
I was planning to ring him on Monday, I'll let you know whether I can get through.

I know he has been organizing a funeral two weeks ago and promised last week that he would manufacture my bits and send out beginning of this week, still nothing, not good for trade/hobby in my eyes, I thought it was a tad overpriced for two small parts to be turned on the lathe to begin with but wanting to keep “local” modeling business’s to be kept alive in dire times I placed the order..

I didn't know about the funeral. I'm prepared to cut him some slack because he's always been very prompt with orders and very helpful when we've spoken.

Bear in mind some RM sorting offices have been affected by C19 and staffing shortages. Our local office being one of them. Parcels shipped on the 30/12/21 have only just been delivered in the last few days
