CAT 25 Kort Nozzle
« on: December 15, 2022, 03:58:21 pm »

I will soon be building a CAT 25 from MMM.
Has anyone tried using this drive from Oceanworkscale?

https://www.oceanworkscale.com/product/schottel-z-drive-propeller-combo-set-60mm-type-b-reinforce-nylon/

ThanksTOF

Late update, the dimension is the outside size, not the blade size. Been in box since received.

Keep us posted on the build, it will be a great workboat with a pair of those korts on.

So they are still in business. Do you know the actual size of the propeller? Also, is the engine included in the set?

The size they quote is the overall size of the housing, not the prop. Contact them directly for better information. This is 40mm prop.

Oceanworks creates some good drives.

Be aware, that they build the drives to order. So that can take six weeks.
If your order falls anywhere near "Golden Week", when most of Asia takes one to
two weeks off for the New year's holiday, then add that time to your delivery schedule.

Glad to see you got your drives.  :-))
