I've started 1 mm ply sheeting of the hull. For the first piece I could use clamps on the keel line, but not for the second. So I used small screws, to be removed when epoxy set. I mainly use 5 minute epoxy but for this job needed the slow version to give time for all the adjustments and screwing.
It was hard to get a neat hole for the bow thruster. I'll tape it up and probably use foaming polyurethane glue from the inside, and them finish grinding the tube away flush.
