Got a couple of these no markings other than made in China anyone help which wires are for battery and motor

You can use the + Attachments and... if your image file size is smaller than 1 Megabyte.
If larger, and you are using a smartphone you will have a photo editor accessible via your photo viewing app.

A red polarised connector with two bare bronze pins would mate to the battery.

I was hoping a photo would include the connectors.

The battery black wire is internally connected to receiver -ve wire.
You can therefore find the battery -ve by the very low resistance measurement to the thin gauge black at the 3-way plug.

I assume they just have bare wires at the end of the four heavy wires?

This may help.  60A brushed esc with similar case markings.  Just a guess.

That looks remarkably like a Hobbywing1060 but with different coloured wires to the motor.
