Thanks both but neither of them are quite tickling my fancy. I’ll keep searching - a complete Bristol Channel steamer would be ideal.

Model paddle steamers are relatively rare as they are quite tricky subjects to construct. The classic excursion vessels are particularly difficult as their long slim hulls give rise to stability issues in model form unless the boat is quite large.
And then of course there is the issue of whether to use simple fixed float paddles or embrace the complexities of feathering wheels.
