LCS Stern anchor winch

Hi Crew I am looking at the stern anchor winch on the LCS currently i am looking at different gearboxes etc to make this operation,  l purchased some Tamiya gearboxes found a couple to be strong to use , couple I can hide as both the petrol motor on the aft deck which powers the winch and as the gearboxe that drives them has anyone else used a gearbox winch system for a similar situation tassie48
