Finally got me one of these beautiful metal ocean liners.  Plans are already in progress to fit live steam and RC into her.  Along with lights, better propellers.   Original steam plant suggested was Wilesco's D48, which seems a bit hard to come by(I am looking for one that isnt silly money).  But open to other ideas for a steam plant.  Already has a gearbox to drive the screws.  I have 14 3/4 inches from the front of the opening down into the hull to the tip of the shaft into the gearbox.  There is more room up into the bow, but not for a fuel tank ect that needs serviced.  I wanted to put a Saito t2dr and b2f boiler but I think the burner and tank will end up in the bow where I cannot service it.
