A Clean start
« on: July 02, 2024, 07:29:31 pm »

Thank you to you Martin and all of the moderators for allowing me to come back on to the forum.
To say I have missed the builds is an understatement.
I also would like to apologise sincerely to all those that i upset and annoyed that time gone past and promise i will NOT cause the trouble and upset that I did in 2018/19.
I have missed the site and posting positively on my buiilds.
Sometimes, something like cancer being diagnosed and operated on all within 2 months really does focus the mind and behaviour, and it is friends that pull you together and point out what you have done and who you have hurt in the past, and it is to all of you that I say, sorry and thank you for giving me one more chance.

I WON'T let you down.
Cheers, neil.

Welcome back Neil, we had our differences in the past but that is all over and done with now and life is too short to waste on disagreements, especially at our age. (and with our various ailments!)

Looking forward to your posts on here.

All the very best,

Colin

think the major stuff was dealt with mate as they only see me now every 3 months to check on my bloods.........and they are fine.........
My mental health soon rallied once the better weather came and i started modelling again and i'm just down to the same as all us older farts getting old now.......
I suppose you you have to realise, you are not 21 anymore lol. but thanks for asking mate..........i'm a BIG C survivor and don't let things bother me  too much these days sadly there are friends I know well, sadly worse off than me!...........I learned a lot in July 2023.

Hi Neil,
It's very easy to criticise but it takes a lot of courage to hold up your hands and admit your failing's in life! We have never met but I admire the way that you have dealt with all the issues you have had to deal with. Well done, keep smiling and take what life throws at you.
         Kind Regards,
                Pete.  :-)) :-)) :-)) :-)) :-)) :-)) :-))

you havent changed a bit Derek, you always were a flatterer, and i missed that so much..........will get round to posting the pics of the finished builds soon, in the lifeboat section.
Hope you are well down under and enjoying the autumn.......probably hotter and dryer than our summer is at the mo..........but what can you expect from the UK, LOL.
