Hope its not digressing too much, but as I mentioned them in the nostalgia topic, I was wondering if anyone (else) has any of these part built (when you buy them) models.
I have three of them, A P51, an F4u and a P47 and what I like about them is the level of accuracy in them as they are based on actual aircraft, my P51 for example is 'Petie 2nd' which is still flying today.
There were I think two main makers .. 21st Century Toys, (P47)and Blue Box models, (F4U) strangely the P51 isn't marked at all but I would assume it was made by one or the other of those two manufacturers??
