Challenger challenge

Anybody got any idea who the original manufacturer of these monsters was.  The larger Virgin Atlantic Challenger is 57" whilst the older twin hulled version in the foreground is a mere 50".   Both models are of all aluminum construction but I can't attach pics for some reason.

Had another go at resizing.   Both are all aluminium construction inc superstructure but the deck of challenger2 is partly wood.
