Pilot boat colours

Hi. I've got a pilot boat that I am restoring and need some paint codes please. I need the correct colours for the orange on the wheelhouse and the green on the deck. could anyone help

The link is to my build in 2011, I used VW brilliant Orange for wheelhouse and Humbrol 131 for the deck..
