Hard to say what is exactly wrong, but it sounds like a misadjustment of the valve gear.
Take the manual and go again over all adjustment steps in order, you will probably discover what is not right.

Thanks finally sorted it was a valve problem a female T slide on one of the columns had come loose and jammed the valve mechanism also whist doing it i noticed that the 4 oil cups i fitted to the crank  2 had been in contact with the eccentric straps so removed the inner 2  , anyway all sorted now just ran it up on steam and its
working fine ,Thanks KNO3 for your comment, regards Allan

If you connect your phone with the charging cable to your laptop, a small pop-up window will show that your phone is connected. That window also contains a name, usually the type of your phone. Remember that name. Usually that popup dissapears within a few seconds, and you do NOT have to touch that... Just remember the name you saw.

Now below the post-window you will see something along the lines of "add picture to message" and if you click that, another popup window appears that asks you to browse your computer (and connected devices) for the picture you want to add.
It also shows a tree-structure of the files and folders, and in that row you should see the name of your phone. Click it. That will lead you down a path to where your pics are stored on your phone.

I am unfamiliar with Iphones, but if you have an Android, it will show something like "internal storage", you click that. That will show a list of options, among which "DCIM". Clicking that, will show a list where you will find "CAMERA". Open the camera, and select the picture you want.

Click "open" at the bottom, and the rest should show itself.
