Radiolink AT9S transmitter

I have another query, this time to do with programming switches. This transmitter has lots of them but I want to set things up so that I can select either 100% servo travel or 80% servo travel for channel 3 - in this case sail winch but of course it could also be left throttle. I now that this is something you can do with a FlySky transmitter but Im damned if I can see how to do it with this transmitter anywhere in the reams of instructions that comes with it so I thought I'd ask to see if anyone can tell me please?
