The latest thing in the "Devils Weapon" c.1900 and it's British!

I decided that a little new tech should be applied to an old model. The French spar torpedo needed a new life using the idea of Mr Whitehead so here's the new look for 2025. Based on 45ft pinnace which everyone seemed to use so I reckon that Austro Hungarian Navy would work well. Lots of bits to fit plus possibly crew.

Beautiful! The original version was missing one key detail, the keg of Rum to to power the crew. No one would commit suicide in it sober!I wonder how that pinnace would handle with a couple of extra tons of torpedo strapped alongside?No matter, it is a wonderful build and quite imaginative. :-)) :-))

Hi Akira and belated apologies for not noticing your post! I reckon the Mk2 version will be dosed up on either grappa or raki depending on which side of the Adriatic! Still no crew I'm afraid and awaiting flag from Mike but she'll be up at Mayhem weekend!Cheers, Tony
