Hi I recently have been given this model. However no idea what kind of boat it is ?  Fishing maybe? Probably has been made from model maker plans.

Are you looking for ideas on finishing it off?  It appears to be very 'freelance' with a lot of details that don't make sense (rope bumper, bulwarks too low) but could be made into a passable charter fishing boat with an awning and some details.
