Hi Arno,
So nice to read your comment on my explanation on the Kwaidan.
The Kwaidan itself is Japanese,ie, expressed by 怪談、literally " mysterious and strange story".
In other words,it should normally describe the stories concerned with the human death related with ghosts, demons and goblins.

On the third day of my cruising tour by car to the west of Japan, I visited extremely famous among Japanese at Izumo region, namely the Izumo Taisha(Taisha means a grand/great shrine) where has been soo popular among maiden girls since it has enshrined the Okuni'nushi no Okami(Okami is a deity.)who has long been said to be in charge of marriage as his one role. %% :embarrassed:

The building was originally built in the 8th century according to the existing historical record book written in the same century. O0
The national ensign in the pics is the largest in Japan, that is 29.5 ft vertical and 44.6 ft horizontal. %% :o :o
