It depends what you are looking for. The original sails on the model in my thumbnail were made of Dacron sail material, and when I changed the sail plan I made new sails with Dacron. Dacron is OK for stand off models (only viewed from a distance). They are simple to make, just cut out the shape of the sail, and put a grommet in each corner for your for attaching to the masts and booms. There is no sewing of bolt ropes etc. Dacron sails and light, robust, and do not fray. Panel lines are made with a pencil. The sheets/running rigging is also coincidently Dacron line.
I bought my sail material and line from SailsEtc in the UK, that was many years ago. But you will probably be able to get it from model sail suppliers in Australia.
