Lady K Tug
« on: August 19, 2025, 08:33:32 pm »

This sale post is on behalf pf Fastfaz
For sale is my Tug the "Lady K", the boat is based on a Mobile Marine Gribben Head and has been built to a high standard as illustrated in the photos. In May last year, on completion, she was photo of the month on Mayhem and earlier this year boat of the month at Southport MBC.                              Specification is as follows.
Mobile Marine Gribben Head Fibreglass hull, MMM T12 motor ( I can exchange this for a Buhler low RPM motor if required), 5mm Propshaft fitted with a Classic 4 blade Propshop brass prop, P102 Power board (all wiring is silicone cable), Mtronics 20 amp ESC, Full LED lighting throughout running on the 12 volt main battery (each Led has it's own resistor), Metal geared High Torque servo, All the steering linkages are fitted with ball joint rod ends on stainless threaded bar which is enclosed in brass tubing for rigidity, all the stanchions and rails are brass, the Mast is brass tubing with the wiring hidden internally, stand is Professionally made Pine softwood varnished.
She sails really well and is stable in rough weather or wind. If you would like more photos or info please PM me with an email address (I have a very comprehensive build photo log).
I would like £450.00 for the Tug but would consider sensible near offers, I would also consider a P/Ex with cash my way for an unstarted Mountfleet "Al Khubar" tug.                                The Tug will be at SMBC Open/Bring and Buy day on Sunday the 24th of August for inspection.
Happy Sailing and thanks for looking.
