U TUBE my Movie
« on: November 15, 2007, 08:35:30 pm »

Hi everyone

I have started a new topic by uploading my first build movie.

This one is my AZIZ build, which I have renamed Red Pelican. At the moment it is only 'Still Photo's'  but if I can get around the size limitations, then watch out for the full movie in Cinemascope.   ;D

Please feel free to upload any you might have, as I can see this topic growing.

Here is the reference address ...    http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=ls_Dq7Si-q0

Cheers...Ken

I've found out how to upload Bigger movies.

Your film has to be transfered to  MPEG4 and it takes a long time to load on You Tube.

Here is the latest Movie as the first one was rather edited too short, and has now been withdrawn.

Thank you all. I'm overwhelmed.

There will further films on Red Pelican, as I have the movies to upload. (now I know how it's done)

        Martin
The editing feature is denied me on these pages. I wanted to rewrite the first post and alter the details but couldn't.  Also, could you change the title to the correct spelling please.

i,e,
U tube should read YOU TUBE.  Sorry to be awkward, but I think I could have laid out better. Thanks.

Cheers...Ken

Great Video Ken, now I've seen all the bits inside, I now know why it was such a heavy "salvage", well the water didn't help either.

Well here we go ............. ;D

Part 2 is up and running.

This features the Wickstead  MAYHEM  meeting and shows our illustrious Chief, Martin with Bradders. (hope that's allright Martin. I can remove it if you want.)

This shows the boat disaster in all it's mucky glory. Finally we finish off with a grand sail around Cwmbran Lake.

                 Oh Yes !!!!!

Forgot to latch down the rear deck after switching her on and launching.

It was raining and windy and after cornering at speed, she scooped her rails and shovelled up as much as she could.  The rear went down first and the rear deck floated off.

She then went down like the Titanic.  Gracefully ..............

No fault with boat or the manufacturers. Just a learner, still learning.

Cheers...Ken

Hi Colin

He's indifferent.  Just lies at my feet during the build. Only jumps when I cut myself and shout ... ;)

This is my Whippet called 'Scout', We go miles most days.

This is my movie of the refurbishment/rebuild a Model Slipway Trent Lifeboat I did for a friend. It's a little long but I think it is worth it for the last couple of minutes!! I hope you enjoy seeing it. By the way the soundtrack starts off very quietly
