hi there Dicky

To answer your question - the battery was a lot cooler with changing the prop - but the weather being freezing cold might have had a lot to do with the battery staying much cooler.   She had about a 15 minute run, so did the boat  :D :D ..

I am going to go to the model shop and buy a selection of props of various sizes - just to keep me going and trial & error.

One thing I did notice when I got the boat home, the motor had twisted in the mountings.  I will have to make a fix for that.

John why don't you change from a 3 blader to a 2.I tried a 3 blader on a sea queen but found a 2 blader MUCH quicker and running time was far better as well

Very nice looking boat in the water.  O0

Wish I'd kept my 48 inch model.  :(

I see there is a poll at the top of each page of this thread now and have voted. O0

I am pointing this out as I am directed to the lastest thread reply posted via my email. I could, so could other forum members miss this poll if they don't scroll up to the top of the page or goto next page.

Just a thought.

Well done John, more to come. hopefully.  O0

Hope you enjoyed your curry  {-)
