A model boat dealer (kits, ready-made and custom) is looking for a skilled model maker interested in part time work repairing, restoring and occasionally building model boats, including old square-riggers through modern yacht and commercial ship models.  The applicant must be experienced in working with wood (plank-on-frame and solid hull), rigging, plastics, resin, radio-control kit, etc. and be meticulous and knowledgeable about restoring and repairing some valuable vintage models.  Modeler must have own tools and will work from home.  Will also need the ability to transport average-sized models between the dealer's location, near Potter's Bar, off the M-25, and home.  Rate of pay based on job estimate.  Interested parties should contact Bill Crane at: [email protected]
