Title: What submarines is this based on?

This obviously isn't a real submarine, but what kits would be the easiest to bash into this? I mainly need a kit for the hull itself. I can build the details from scratch.

Robbe Seawolf has some simliarities. But to be blunt, you'd do better to build everything from scratch.

No agreed albeit it has elements of the Whiskey and Kilo class Russian boats a bit of a multi hybrid me thinks.

Hi,

looks like a copy of the commercial 1 hr trip subs that operate in the med to me.

like the one in Majorca, it takes about 30 people for a short trip under to see the Fish etc.

Wajht you are looking at is the original submarine ride at Disneyland in California, this was based very loosely on the the USS Nautilus and some of the first generation US submarines.
