Here are some photos for all you tug boat fanatics, that I took in various ports, on a recent cruise from Sydney to Southampton on QE2. Two of the shots were taken from our cabin porthole. I heard a noise outside as we were docking in Hong Kong, looked out the porthole, and was almost eye to eye with the skipper of a tug pushing us into our berth. A similar photo was taken as we were docking in Cartagena, Colombia. The pilot launch photo was included as it qualifies as a working boat, and I liked the colour ;D

Here are some more. The tug in Montego Bay was attached to us all day, apparently to stop the stern from swinging - we were anchored off shore - I don't know why a stern anchor was not used. The close up of the towing winch is from a tug in Los Angeles.
