I thought all the sizes quoted came in 5' x 5' sheets at around £35 a sheet (?)

Hi john,
try your local timber yard, they may have to order it from there supplyer and need a deposit,.My  timber merchant can get birch ply in 1/32 ,1/8.3/32  in 1.5x1.5 metre sheets. If you ask they will run it through the circular saw into managable lenghts. The price is about £27
per sheet, works out a lot cheaper than shop prices and i usually get a few mates to chip in as its quite a lot of timber for one person.
Hope this is of some help..... O0
