I have to ask a question which may sound a bit sill, Can anyone tell me, can yu use futaba plugs into an Acoms RX?
I just bought the caldercraft riverman and it has acoms gear, and i want a new electric speed control, but i am stuggling as I am new to the hobbie.
I have a monoperm motor which has 6V max 3A written on it 2 ch acoms rx / tx and a rechargeable FIAMM GS lead acid 6V 4.5Ah written on it.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Found this: Servo Chart. - http://www.fatlion.com/sailplanes/servos.html

A simple speed controller will do:
P79 CONDOR 10/2 AUTOSET - £ 27.00 (P79S £ 30.00 - http://www.action-electronics.co.uk/speed.php
Mtronics Viper 10 or 15 - http://www.mtroniks.co.uk/
.... was this the Riverman that was on ebay last week?
I had a bid on that!

For Airtronics(USA) read SANWA. That might be an older chart Martin I believe Sanwa may have changed or are about to change to a more normal +/- layout.

Martin,
Yes it was on ebay, I like the kit it needs a bit of work to be honest, And i have a rented flat and no tools so not sure what to do right now,
I want a tug to do towing with, I have a big maritime heritage, my father does work for Lloyds of London and is a pilot, so I want to start towing and need a good tug, Not sure this is the right one!

I have two tugs that are surplus to requirements, and will be sold to finance radio and ESC's for new builds.
One is a smaller single screw with kort nozzle, bow thruster and working winch.
Other is a Smit Rotterdam thats just had her motors and rudders replaced.
Will post in 'Sales' section if required Martin?
(Move & edit too if you like)
