Title: Vladyka and others

Hi all.

I've been looking for a new building project which has to be a resticted budget build. I don't feel confident enough to try a scratch build yet (would like to eventually).

I found a picture of the Vladyka Falke fishing boat which attracted me. Are they still available and if so where can I get one.

I found picturesand a short video on the web of a tug kit which I think was from China but for the life of me cannot find it now. Anyone any ideas?

Any suggestions for a budget build would be gratefully received. I'm not fussed about speed boats or pleasure craft. Would like a "working" type boat.

Try looking at Model Slipway's site - they do a range of reasonably priced models, and the support is superb

Neil, was it on the http://www.tjmodels.com.cn/index.asp site? There's a video on there, but haven't re-checked. Cheers, Brian

The Valdyka models are imported into the UK by Ripmax. The Falke is not listed on the Ripmax website, but is in the printed 2006 Ripmax catalog:
